Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SimpliFi Tech Solutions LLC (“SimpliFi Tech Solutions,” “SimpliFi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit simplifitechsolutions.com (and simplifits.com, which redirects there), request a demo, or get in touch with us.

We’ve tried to keep this short and in plain English. If anything is unclear, just ask. Our contact details are at the bottom.

What this policy covers (and what it doesn’t)

This policy covers our website and the inquiries we get through it, such as demo requests, emails, and phone calls.

It does not cover data that our customers put into our software products, Simpli Finance and Simpli Ledger, like credit applications, borrower details, deal records, or accounting records. Our customers control that data. Our customer agreements, and the customer’s own privacy notices, govern how it’s handled. If you’re a borrower or applicant and have a question about your information, please contact the broker, dealer, or lender you worked with.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Request Demo form. When you request a demo at our Request Demo page, we ask for:

  • Your name
  • Your address (street, city, ZIP code)
  • Your company website
  • Which product you’re interested in (Simpli Finance, Simpli Ledger, both, or not sure yet)
  • For Simpli Finance, rough business details: number of credit applications per month, number of soft pulls per month, and number of users
  • For Simpli Ledger, what you’re using for accounting today
  • Your preferred contact method (email or phone)
  • Your email address and phone number
  • The best time to call you
  • Anything you write in the message field

Email and phone. If you email us (for example at inquire@simplifits.com) or call us, we keep what you send or tell us, along with your contact details.

Please don’t put sensitive personal information, like Social Security numbers or anyone’s credit information, into the demo form or an email to us. We don’t need it to set up a demo.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, some information gets collected automatically through cookies and similar tools:

  • Site statistics (Jetpack Stats). We use Jetpack, a WordPress tool from Automattic, to see how people use our site, such as which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. This involves technical data like your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring site.
  • Spam and bot protection (Google reCAPTCHA v3). Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from bots. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Standard server logs. Like most websites, our servers log basic technical details like IP address, browser type, and the time of each request. We use these logs for security and to keep the site running.
  • Social links. Our site may link to our social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies once you go there. The site does not currently use social media widgets or advertising pixels.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the site, like the demo form, may not work properly.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your questions and demo requests
  • Schedule and run demos, and prepare a quote that fits your needs
  • Follow up with information about our products, Simpli Finance and Simpli Ledger, that you may find useful (you can opt out anytime; see below)
  • Understand how people use our site so we can improve it
  • Protect our site and forms from spam, fraud, and abuse
  • Meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job. These include:

We may also share information:

  • If the law requires it, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order
  • To protect rights and safety: ours, our users’, or the public’s
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If that happens, this policy (or one at least as protective) will still apply to your information.
  • With your permission

Some of these providers may store or process information outside your state or country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests and inquiry information for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law. After that, we delete the information or make it anonymous.

Site statistics and logs are kept according to each provider’s own retention settings.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our site, bot protection on our forms, and access limited to the team members who need it.

No website or email system is 100% secure, though, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Email opt-out. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email inquire@simplifits.com and ask us to stop. We may still send you non-marketing messages, like replies to your questions.

Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you
  • Correct information that’s wrong
  • Delete your information (some exceptions apply, such as records we must keep by law)

California residents and other state privacy laws. Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to:

  • Know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we’ve collected, where it came from, why we use it, and who we share it with
  • Ask us to delete or correct your personal information
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (as noted above, we don’t sell or share it in that way)
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we don’t collect sensitive personal information through our website)
  • Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights

How to make a request. Email inquire@simplifits.com or call 1-888-846-0084. We’ll need to confirm your identity before acting on your request, usually by matching the information you give us with what we have on file. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you; we may ask for proof that they have your permission.

We’ll respond within the time the law requires (for California, generally 45 days).

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. There’s no common industry standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals yet, so our site doesn’t respond to them right now. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information in that way.

Children’s privacy

Our website is built for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we may give you extra notice.
